Say SteamID

--- Introduction:
This plugin was originally made by fezh (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=105542. As a friend of mine said it stopped working, the thread was quite old and a feature request was not made, and the thread appeared to be abandoned as well, I used his code and made a few changes.

--- Features:
= Show in the chat the player's Steam id whenever he says.
= Can choose who can see it through CVar.

--- ConVars:
= say_steamid_version -> Say SteamID version

You can found these CVars on cfg/sourcemod/say_steamid.cfg. (The file is auto-generated in the first run).

= say_steamid_show_mode -> Who will be able to see the steam ids? 0= Only admins 1= Admins + Spectators 2= Everyone. Default 2.

--- Installation:
Simply upload the plugin to your addons/sourcemod/plugins folder.

Rather useless if you ask me, all it appears to do is increase the text in the already-overpopulated chat box. If you need someone's Steam ID, just type status.

True, but there are still many players who don't know how to enable/use the console. And this provides a quicker alternative than opening console and finding your SteamID (especially on big servers).

I still have yet to run across a situation where I need my Steam ID in-game. And besides, http://steamidfinder.com

If i'm not mistaken, this plugin idea was created before that site was even made and it can't hurt to get people steamID's this way as well. Some people don't really have much use for the console in the first place because they'd rather play games but meh.
