How does this function work ? does it creates admin ? so I can get admin flags in other plugin ? or admins only works while using this plugin ?

Sarcasm (I tried to imply this with the ). He needs to learn to search harder because he seems to ask questions that are way too easily answered with an include file or the funcwiki. He's not the only one but he's one that I recall doing too frequently lately.
