I saw this on Phoogis Server when you go spec and spec someone it says

Spectating Name:
Name (3d view)
Name (First Person

EX:
Spectating dsHR*
enjoi (3d view) - then if you switch to first person it will be
enjoi (first person)

Nope. I use that but it doesn't show (3d view) and (first person)
You'll see. look here and go to there server and press m and spec someone
