how could i know what plugin causes segfault?
it happens not on mapchange, debug.log does not give anything except time of crash.
is there a way to backtrace which of plugins tried to go above these memory limits
maybe there is a way to ignore segenv and "let it be"

ps yeah yeah, i tried -debug after hlds_start and debug after all plugins

Process of elimination. Eliminating one at a time, usually its a larger one, as theirs more room for issues in the code and taking up more resources. Their is a post (many on this issue actually, a search wouldnt hurt), but in HL1 servers right now with more info (logs). Start taking off plugins, if it stops happening, load em back 1 at a time until it happens.

Disable a chunk of plugins, see if it crashes (not waiting by the computer) and see what happens. Their really isnt any other way, unless its not related to amxmodx.

Can I get a list of your currently running plugins? along with a rcon meta list

You need to prove that it's an issue directly related to the core of AMX Mod X for it to be allowed in this thread. Which is what bmann is trying to help you do.

every call of system function of each plugin goes through the amxmodx core, not the hlds engine, not the metamod, but amxmodx. thats why topic is here Issues with AMX Mod X
