Whenever a hostage is killed it'll play a sound to all of the CT team and also display a message like so:

Some suggestions:
Add "Hostagekiller's name" before (Radio): Hostage Down!
Add support for both teams! (Mabye some simple Cvar ex. HD_Onleyct 1/0)
