1. VIP users have TAG [VIP] in chat + scoreboard
2. VIP users have use ADMIN chat + can use admin_chat_colors plugin
3. VIP users have access level "a"
4. check vips in motd like "admins_motd" plugin, type !vips in chat to do that
5. VIP users have another models like "admin_models" plugin, but it's not similar to admin model
6. VIP message advertisement to users for buy it[i'll earn money by this ]
And all it is i want things . I believe you can do it.

2. Give VIPs the "i" flag in users.ini
3. Give VIPs that flag in users.ini
4. Provide the plugin so we can edit it for you.
5. Provide the plugin so we can edit it for you.

Next time, don't say you have Non-Steam unless someone asks and it is actually relevant to what is being discussed.

1. That means search for a plugin that puts VIP in the scoreboard.
It has been requested in Suggestions/Requests before.
