Problem on RedHat Linux 9

I have installed amxx on my Linux server,

When the server starts I get the following error:
L 03/08/2004 - 22:01

0: AMX Mod X log file started (file "addons/amxx/logs/L0308006.log") (version "0.1")
L 03/08/2004 - 22:01

0: [AMXX] Make sure that modules are compatible with AMX Mod X 0.1
L 03/08/2004 - 22:01

0: [AMXX] Please fix the problem then start the server again

If I comment out all the modules in modules.ini the server will start. and load AMXX and the pluggins.

I found this in one of the forums, Is this the problem "may not work on all linux machines. this has to do with a compile linking to lib stdc++"

How would I fix this?

did you install only the Module that came with the package? becuase no other modules are compatible as of yet i beleive with amxmodX yet..

Yes, I only used the files from the amxx tar.

I tried only loading engine_amx_i386.so by itself and fun_amx_i386.so by itself and got the same error.

I am using the Steam version with DoD mod.

Hmm If I had Redhat 9 install still I would be able to check it out but I move away from redhat to dabain so hmm.. maybe someone else has the same problem ur having...

google "redhat 9 libstdc++" and it should tell you what rpm you need to download and install.

Missing libstdc++ on my server don't make this error.
I had only metamod launched.There was no amxX message.

I remember this error on amx when a valve update occured, we had to recompile metamod and amx.
Witch version of metamod are you running?

0.1 don't have DoD support, It will be on 0.2

fun_amx_i386.so
mysql_amx_i386.so
cstrike_amx_i386.so

engine_amx_i386.so works fine
