ZP New Give Ammo Packs

Description:
- Plugin support zombie_plague40.amxx or zombie_plague_advance:...amxx
- Plugin has zp_giveap "name" "ammo packs" command
- You can use this command only one date on round -- with other words, if in this round I write zp_giveap "hattrick" "11", in this round I will no longer access to this command. But after this round ends, i will have access again.
- This plugin has an vips.ini in the configs dirrectory like users.ini; see

- You can set vips in this file. If one admin has password "1a_2b_3c", in users.ini, and in vips.ini has this password too, ("1a_2b_3c"), he will can loggin on server with the password field from amxx.cfg ("amx_password_field") cvar. With other words, if admins from users.ini log with setinfo _kreme <password>, vips from vips.ini will log with setinfo _kreme <password> too.

Nice Plugin for sell the ammo packs ^^ (but it sells with homepage point ^^)
