L4D2 3rd-person script

Hi,

I am looking for a thirdperson script for Left 4 Dead 2.

I wondered how to script it that someone gets 3rd-person when he writes "thirdperson" into the chat. Sv_cheats should change to 1, thirdpersonshoulder to 1 and sv_cheats to 0 again.
Same thing with thirdpersonshoulder 0.

There should also be a message shown every x minutes with an information about the command.

How should I script it? Sry, Im a noob.

The client cvar c_thirdpersonshoulder got no cheatflag, so anybody can play the game in 3rd person without cheating

And how do I bind a public chat command with a console cvar?

And what about the chat info message?

Ex. bind k thirdperson

I want a public chat command for the cvar, not a button.
