Can not get amxmodx to work at all

I unzipped the program. Then I used the installation part on my name, then went into the config files and setup everything. When I connect to the server it doesnt show that its running amxmodx, as if its not installed. This is all that I have done. Did I miss anything obvious. TY for any help

did you install it on the server or your machine? cause when you install amxx on your computer using the installer an install program unzips that lets you install via ftp and other methods of installing it

show us your liblist.gam in cstrike

Yeah, if you didn't enable metamod in your liblist.gam it won't work. As a matter of fact, did you even install metamod?

comes when you download amxmodx..... so of course he have

Yeah, if you download the installer. But if you download the AMX Mod X Base it doesn't come with metamod.

did you add yourself as an Admin ? in the users.ini it should be something like this at the bottom, dont take away any quotes of anything, just replace the steamid part wioth yours, if youdont know urs go in any serevr and type status in the console

then savve it, and restart serevr and to c if its running type the command amx_who or like amx_kick or amx_ban ya w/e
