Plugin have to be in English

and u wrote a "Min and Max Requirements"-Part but include all Max Requirements, curious lol

Removed .zip file because it contained .amxx file.
You may reupload the plugin, but you are not allowed to upload .amxx files.

Plugin still is not English-only or completely ML.
Also, still uses VexD.
