--- Introduction ---
This plugin adds new weapon to zombie plague - concussion grenade.I took
this idead from Team Fortress Classic.When grenade explodes it doesn't
do any damage, but it starts to make hallucinations to players, such as
screen shake, screen fade, recoil changes.Btw, this item for zombies and it
cost 15 ammo packs.

--- CVARs ---
zp_conc_nade_radius 500 -- Explosion radius
zp_conc_nade_duration 7 -- Duration of hallucinations

you mean it works only for zp 4.3 ? If so, i'm sorry but I don't to support old versions

Things you should change:
  • No need to loop for players at new round, just use arrayset.
  • You should really look up what arrayset does. You are setting the whole array to false everytime, not just one entry.
  • In deathmsg, there is no need to check if you're going to set it. Probably the same in other spots as well.
