if someone cr0wns the witch (not stlart her, cr0wnd her) her screams will attract the horde.

and if somebody wants a more realistic base (why the horde comes when the witch dies?), the plugin could also play some sound from left4dead\sound\npc\witch\voice\attack like female_distantscream, so when she dies, she plays that sound so the players realize that scream is nothing good.

but i was hoping fro a smaller horde. like 30 commons (like boomers)

I used the director_force_panic_event. I'm not exactly sure which CVAR controls the amount of infected for that. It may be different than the normal one. I used the sound you mentioned in your OP, Female_DistantScream1.

hey, seems like it works only with sv_cheats on.
and the sound it's not that scary or warn the player enough, i think Female_DistantScream2.wav
should do it cuz it's longer.
and there is a way to make it louder?

i was thinking, instead of just when cro0wned, i think we she is stlrarted any time (crowned or not) she should scream like that and then the horde comes.

By startled, do you mean shot at and then she starts running or when she starts doing the growling thing when you get too close? Will be busy for the next week and a half but will look at this again when I have a chance.

Had some time today to work on it. I changed it to what you wanted and also added a CVAR so you can change the sound file yourself. I can also add CVAR's to change the mob size too if you want, but lets make sure this works first.

PHP Code:

sm_l4d_ch_sound - Play a sound when the witch has been crowned?
sm_l4d_ch_sound_file - The sound file to play relative to the sounds directory.
sm_l4d_ch_announce - Enable or disable announcements.

but if the witch dies before the "player stlarted the witch" message then nothing happens.
