Task Complete sound

Description:

New useless & pointless small plugin - replaces "Counter-Terrorists Win" and "Terrorists Win" sounds with task complete sound (known from Condition Zero). I think this can be small change from traditional, old sounds

I find this more useful if you add sound customizability.
