Anyone up for creating this hero, if its possible.

Abillities:
Health: 150
Armor: 150
Speed: 400
On key down you are able to see through walls - like wallhack for about 10 seconds / round but your not allowed to shoot. If you see enemies they will glow red and if you see teamates they will glow green or blue. Could also be if you see terrorists they will glow red and counter-terrorists they will glow blue.

if this is possible to creat i would be sooo thanksful.
