Code:
$sqllink = mysql_connect("DATABASEADDRESS", "YOURUSERNAMEHERE", "YOURPASSWORDHERE") OR die ("Could not connect to database host.");
mysql_select_db("YOURDATABASEHERE") OR die("Database doesn't exist.");
Edit the stuff in caps at the top of the webcp file to make it work

Counter strike and amxmodx 1.6 running on windows 2000 advanced server.
Set up for mysql admins and working well
Your plugin created the database maps and I added maps to it.
amx_plugins says mysql_mapcycle.amxx is running.
but still reading from old mapcycle.txt

note: I didn't use the php webpage that came with the plugin, I created an asp page that works fine.

Should I need to set permissions in windows for the plugin to delete mapcycle.txt and create a new one from database?
Do you know of any other possible causes?
Thank you

Don't attach AMXX files. Attach the source instead.

I've removed the AMXX file from your post.
