Point and punish

Heya

Some time ago i used point and punish admin plugin, which worked with mani, it used est and es. But since est is crashing servers for unkown reasons,i decided to not use it. I got zombie server so this kinda plugin is cool for admins, to prevent cade break etc. Its fast and effective.
Is there a way to port such a plugin, inside source mod?
If yes, i would love to have such a plugin;)

Ok so:

Admin is binding command, for example sm_pkick, lets say on F1. When im looking at player with my cross, and i press F1, hes kicked.
Anyway, here is the original es script:

bind <key> [sm_command] @aim
eg, bind f "sm_kick @aim"

No its not possible in mani, anyway i mixed the sm and mani, and all is working good;)

Ok so there is a problem, cause sometimes it works, someties dosent. When i join server dosent work, when i change map manualy, works. If map is changed by cycle, dosent work. So basicly i would love the plugin that would enable the kick and slap options, in point and punish way, using mani admin commands, ma_kick and ma_slap.
