yeh but aparntly with these mods, like fof, it throws up the scoreboard at the end of every round, and aprently this is what sourcemod looks for wen its ready to change map, just what i read on pvkii forums

Indeed you are correct.

I believe the pvkii developers are planning on changing the way theirs works. The issue occurs because the mod uses identical messages at round end and map end. It rather trivial to modify this slightly and SourceMod would no longer pick it up.

A low level hack could also detect this but it has the possiblity of being even more mod specific than the current method.
