it is possible to add "amx_warn" into clcmd.ini ?

for example

"Player Warn" "amx_warn #%username%" "b" "u"

and two suggestions:
- support for amx_bans
- consolemessage for clients if there kicked or banned

instead of temp ban and permban u should make to set `em on fire and gag or something else, the ban isin't a solution, a solution is to piss em off untill they learn theyr lesson :p just an ideea :>

Shows 0 warns all the time.

if cvar: amx_savewarns is 1,
are warns saved for player after he gets off from server and connects again some another time?
So if he already has, for example, warn level 2, next time he is warned he will get a warn level 3??
