the thing is that /spec bug can crash the server, you already posted the plugin that fixes the amx_super but does it still happens with the amx_super_nospeed?? if yes can u fix it, or just remove it from the script

Try the latest beta.
Also you need to disable allow_spectators as well since it collides with the amx_super's method of allowing spectators or not.

That's a pretty stupid thing to suggest in this case. The beta doesn't have all the features yet and thus it's not very smart to switch over to it. It's best to wait until it's finished and just use it for testing for now.

yeah i know about the 5.0 and its awesome but the 5.0 doesnt have a .cfg file, so how may i configure it?? from the .sma??

It is but it helps us with testing and it also has the fix for Spec glitch. There should be a cfg file in 5.0. If anything, the plugin(s) are customizable so you can edit the source code without a hassle
