hello, i still dont get this right, i tried adding morhpeus, copter, green arrow on my server. all got bad load. I know im missing something but cant remeber what, i added them in plugins.ini superhero list, put the files right. what am i missing here :/

That is an AMXX function, get the amx version of the hero

read the install docs if you need to know how to enable vexd. If you have it enabled and are using AMX 0.9.9, you need to recompile the heroes so they will work.
