search the forums, this has been dealt with a lot already.

just switch to amx 9.8a or to amxmodx 0.20 cause there is no point to 9.9 and it is a waste of time

if you want all heros, just go with 9.8

cause you didn't read the docs and know that you have to enable modules in both amx and in metamod

if you want to stick with 9.9 (which I don't advise) get one of my installers or files, it is all set up and working
