Put this code in amxx.cfg (or maps/de_dust2.cfg, maps/prefix_de.ini etc..)
is not correct
look admin.sma "%s/maps/prefix_%s.cfg"

i have try it with ini and i was wonder why the changes not changed

Because i have forgotten to add /flashlight/ folder in description, gonna edit it (for random colors)
For commands, use default amxx system.

the folder flashlight is for colors.

Yes, .cfg files (default amxx system) for command (like any game/plugins commands), and flashlight/*.ini files for predefined random colors.
