Why would you want to check for the position every single frame, for each player?
Why don't do a set_task(0.1, ...)? It's 1/10th slower, but it consumes less resources on this scale.
I don't think you need to be accurate to the frame if you want to let this work.

Could you do it like in Halo2 on xboxlive?

There the Speakingsounds came out of the Character..so you have to scream very loud if your Teammates are far away....that would add much realism..

@ Zenith77 - Hmm, that would be phenomenal if you could show me an example so I could try and figure out how it works.

@ MaximusBrood - I know what you mean, but the set_client_listen part has to be done in prethink so there isn't much of a way around it. Perhaps I'm overlooking something - if you can think of a way feel free to post it.

Why does it have to be done in client_preThink() ? IIRC there's not a difference with a normal function.
It only gets called very much; before each clientThink

Try it without ClientPreThink. I guarantee it won't work. I've been working at this plugin for months. This is why the above 2 links don't work - they must be done in prethink.

Emp`, i'm sorry but you are wrong. Those other two plugins do not work.

Try them. If they had worked, I would not have spent months figuring out how to get them to work. I paid twilight cash to try and figure out how to get it to work and she was unsuccessful. I finally figured it out, and this does work - the others do not.

I think he misread what I was pointing out. Suzuka's should be taken down since apparently they do not work, this one should take it's place if it works.
