maybe the integration of 10vM would be nice, so if 10vM is installed and visiblemaxplayers is not 10, the admins use the slots over 6.
Example:
6 Players online, admin connects => visiblemax = 7
player leaves => visiblemax stays to allow 6 Players + 4 Admins (maybe boolean cvar)
10 players online, admin connects => kick
