1337 Restarter

Description
Useful when you're running a server on a single map, and still want to restart for updates, etc. People changing maps regularly won't need this plugin.
Cvars- 1337_restarter <1|0>
- Enables or disables the plugin.
- 1337_showtimer <1|0>
- Shows or hides the HUD timer (default 1).
- 1337_restarttime <time in minutes>
- Time in minutes between server restarts (default 60).
Requirements- AMX Mod X 1.61 or higher.
