Hi. I've seen about 10 servers now using a sort of script for CS 1.6 where the text box is to advertise their other servers and their forums. It turns blue for counter terrorists and red for terrrorists. Does anyone know how to do this?? This isn't the CSAY and TSAY thing, it's different. Thanks in advance

oh sorry, wasn't sure if there was a plugin for it, that's why i posted here
