Orpheu is just a module like others. It's just not included by default with amxx. You have just to unzip the content of orpheu_base.zip in /addons/amxmodx/ and orpheu is installed...

Not recommended to use this module anyway because it replaces the value "16000" without checking if it should be replaced. I remember it replaces something and you will get something weird in game. My plugin replaces exactly what it should.
