Hey Ixel,
My server is doing this weird thing where it displays an ad randomly when someone is alive and that every 5 minutes! I have it defaulted to 30.

Please help

I emailed them asking about it but never got a response. I didn't see anything explanatory under the privacy policy page either.
Sounds like you have something to hide...?

I'd ask the same thing, and nothing wrong with asking. I'd rather not have my name plastered all over the internet and most others feel the same way. I don't own a stupid facebook or anything like that just for these reasons...my business is my business only.

They're an actual business and need it for engine reasons?

Just in case anyone was wondering, this does work with Fistful of Frags, as it uses similar HTML motd's.

Pretty sure they want your personal info for tax compliance. If you make over a certain amount they probably have to file 1099K.

Thank you for the helpful response.
In case anyone missed the message, Ixel already responded on the last page.

Nice idea but it's ruined by the fact it takes over 2 months to get the money. Why the hell is this? It makes it hard to stay on top of things when servers cost monthly and you want to have a certain amount of servers based on how much the ads generate. Also my current balance doesn't get added onto the 'next payment', so I am guessing by the time those 2 months are gone and I get the first payment, THEN will I have to wait another 2 months for my confirmed balance at the moment to be paid. The system is so slow and I don't understand why? Unless I am doing something wrong.

Most ad companies operate in this way. You just have to plan ahead, once you're passed the first 3 months it's fairly simple to know what you'll be getting paid next month as you just need to look in your members panel and see the total from 3 months ago.

Getting spam of this as well as complainits that the ads are popping up every 2 minutes despite the reshow command being set to 20. I just disabled reshowing and will see if it continues.
