Tripmines most definitely use HL2 models. This plugin works really well in TF2, DoD, HL2DM, Insurgency and most other mods running on the source/orangebox engine. There is no need to write a concept plugin to prove this as it has been widely known for quite some time.

Yes, HL2 models are not available in CS:GO, L4D & L4D2, which are games that I do not usually deal with. I should of specified that the HL2 models are available to "most" games using the source engine.

However, altex made a blanket statement of "it's not true" -- with no mention of what he was disputing. There was no call for altex to be insulting.

Also, no mention of which game (such as cs:go or l4d) was made by altex, stickz nor Choco.

The plugin will either have to modified to either use models available in the game you are attempting to run it on or to custom models obtained elsewhere and uploaded to the server and clients.

Hi, Your plugin is awesome!

But I have some requests from you.

I'm using this plugin for my Zombie Reloaded server, so First I needed that it would be undestroyable by humans and destroyable only by zombies - bimbo1 did this for me.

But Now I need that tripmines won't slay zombie. For example, if zombie have 200hp and tripmines does 200 damage to him it shows that he slayed himself, not that player who planted tripmine killed him.

And its explosions strongly moves props.

If you would fix that it would be AWESOME!

We've been using this tripmine plugin on our DOD:S server for a while now. Unfortunately, with this latest update to Steam Pipe the plugin appears to be broken. When I go to set a tripmine on a wall, or anywhere for that matter, the model falls to the ground and the tripmine never activates.

Can this be fixed?

Yeah this is happening for me too, looks like this plugin finally broke down :/
