pretty much after you install the plugin, anyone who knows the code can login to your server admin at your defined access levels with knowledge about /login also.......
To set this up:
>>>Add the following to your amxx.cfg

• login_code (with 8 or less than 8 numbers)
  login_flags (the usual flags from "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz")
  login_stop (OPTIONAL the message that you want to display after the player loops through 15 or more times)

all you have to do ingame is say /login and type in the sequence code to login
