no when it freezes, i cant press anything in the game, and when i hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE and look at the COUNTER STRIKE 1.6, i dont get NOT RESPONding, it says running, i wait for 5 mins, and nothing happens

I'm running windows 7 64-bit too & never had problems with cs.

yeah drekes all my other games works perfectly fine, its only that cs that is making me go crazy
