[L4D2] Tank/Witch Killer Notification

I've searched through the public plug-in database and came to a few plug-ins that are not supported any more offering this functionality but here goes...

Can a plug-in be made to specifically support broadcasting in the players hint view whoever dealt the killing blow to the tank and witch? For instance, everyone is shooting at the tank or witch but eventually she get's down to 0 HP from some form of final damage. Can this entity/player be revealed through a direct hint box that says "(Tank/Witch) was killed by (x)"?

there is an assist plugin that reports who killed the tank, dont think it supports the witch.
