Eric, can some of those variables be put into a .cfg file and be executed from the server.cfg? eg:
  • etb_active 1
    etb_rounds 2
    etb_threshold 20

Theoretically, this plugin can not cause lag. The toll the plugin takes on the CPU is very minimal and the plugin takes no toll on the network. Having said that, perhaps some combination of things is indeed causing lag. I, however, have not witnessed it. As such, no concerted efforts have been taken to try to eliminate it. I need more information about what looks "laggy" and what suggests the plugin is causing the lag.

Hey Eric,
We've been running your plugin on our servers since you posted it here. I'm glad you implemented a .cfg file. Being able to change the threshold is awesome. I have been asked by a number of players and clanmates why it switches players from the losing team to the winning team sometimes. I have to reply that it does not take into account the number of wins.

I suggest adding 2 points to the winning team for each win they have over the losing team to try to help with team balance. This way, even if the players' skills are even, but the Terrorists are down by 2 round losses, for example, the plugin may try to put more skilled players on the Terrorists team to help them win a few rounds.

Also, does etb_active 0/1 work as a rcon command? Or do we have to edit the .cfg file to change it?

Thanks again for the great plugin. I hope this can be added in, or possibly added to the .cfg as a variable in case some people don't want this function.

Gahh, good work on the plugin. But I'm no fan of PTB.

Nothing pisses me off more than when me and my friend are trying to team up and PTB jumps in and screws us...

I'll investigate these issues.

You should be able to adjust the etb_active variable through rcon.
