Seems like players have been crashing from MotdGD Adverts for some reason recently.

Do you guys still serve video ads or are you just serving blank black pages these days? Because for 3 days I've made 3x earnings with Google adsense than with MOTDgd. And they serve banners...

Last days my earnings get back - only had about 1.000 - 1.800 video views (but CPM is same).

Yeah I went from doing 10k video ads per day to max 1800 this past week after the first 5 months of the year were abysmal to say the least. I send thousands of unique clients to motdgd daily. I'm just getting very frustrated at the inconsistencies. I can understand measures being taken to prevent scamming since MOTDgd has apparently had some scam attempts by new accounts this year. It's really unfair that legitimate, established clients who have been doing business with this company for years are being subject to the same treatment as new accounts who are potentially trying to pull some funny shit. If anything, they should impose a 2-3 month probation period on new accounts so they can monitor their impressions and establish a track record. I've been bringing the same, if not more, clients to MOTDgd for years and every month my views just taper off further. It's depressing to work so hard to grow your community then have to monitor the business practices of another company at the same time.

Will look into the mentioned issues/feedback and get back to you. Thanks for comments.

Regarding L4D2, this has been a problem so it might be best if we just force HTML5 advertisements for that specific game. This seems to be related to some kind of Flash and browser engine compatibility problem in that specific game. Additionally the forced timer cvar isn't support for L4D2, so in the next update I'll add in a check which will make sure the plugin disables forced timer functionality for unsupported games.

Yes, we do serve videos. Historically your account has mostly been idle traffic or otherwise traffic which is poorly engaging with the video advertisements, so it could be that advertisers aren't targeting your traffic as much as others. Adsense is a risky venture for some people, in the past I've been told by some people that their accounts have been disabled without appeal. Anyway, this isn't a discussion about adsense so I'm not going further off topic.

Regarding that
My servers are hosted in Team Fortress 2

I'm guessing that it's same issue that occurs during crashes of l4d2 client right?

That's cool. I have 12 idles and 8 pubs running your ads at times, but you know more about my community than I do.

I've been informed it appears to be fine, there's one bug I need to look into today. The forced timer isn't quite working the way it should so something must've been overlooked our end. For now I strongly suggest disabling the forced timer cvar (set to 0) until a fix has been released for that.

Thanks vem882 for your fix and adding support for Insurgency. I'll credit you in the changelog when I've got the forced timer sorted.
