that's pretty wierd. I see absolutely no reason it should do that. But I'm glad you got this to work.

ok i have a question. for some reason when i use this plugin the files arent downloading from the url in my sv_downloadurl location. any idea why this is happening to me?

The models have to be on your webserver(sv_downloadurl) and on your hlds server as well. In the exact same location.

check log file for errors.

not in amxx/logs
not in cstrike/logs

what have I to do ?

you should have logs in amxmodx/logs. even changing the map causes amx to log..
