Can you set one option: if player is a noob, he get baned for 5 minutes with notice: you are a noob, you get baned for 5 minutes (if only kick, he will join server as soon as possible)! Only ban him when server is full!

Nice plugin mate, but i recomend using switch cases insted of alot of if's conditionals.
