actually, non steam is just a cracked steam, last version of steam server cracked and made into non steam has same engine and even server build, old non-steam server build = old steam build, i think that is what mentioned by difference

No, there are functions and plugins that do not work or behave differently on Non-Steam due to the way it is ran. An example of a function is query_client_cvar (doesn't work at all, throws run-time error). An example of a plugin is CSDM (may operate, but causes server to be unstable).

Actually in my country (Venezuela) nobody know steam, if you go to a cyber and you ask something like (where i log in to steam) every will ask you, "What that Hell is Steam!!!" noone know here what is steam maybe 1 from each 100 guys own steam here, because you can buy a pirated CS anywhere here, here a cyber is not cyber if it doesn't own a Counter Strike Copy.

The Cybers here can't use Steam because you need to own that game to play, so thats the diferent between Steam and NonSteam, NonSteam> Good For Cybers and LAN Servers, Steam> Good for Play Online from your House but useless for cybers.

once I said that I had a non steam server and some months later I was banned because of that. Banned because Ive only SAID that I had a non steam server? Stupid isnt it?

If you were actually right before (I don't think you were) then now you're not anymore.

You can't blame a moderator for banning you for admiting you're doing something illegal, specially when it's a specific rule of the site that no-steam is NOT ACCEPTED.
