You have the latest version? It works with 1.8.0 and up, I know that much for sure.

I even installed the mod just to be sure and put in AMXX with my plugin and everything still worked fine so I'm pretty much outta ideas.

Hmmmph... Well, I think it needs to be converted to a .tga. That is to say I think the error appears to be that the engine itself doesn't understand .bmp's. I could be mistaken but that's what it looks like.
