I think you may be running a plugin that's blocking the player_changename event. Can you run the same test again with only SMAC running? This means disabling VSP and MM:S plugins as well as other SourceMod plugins.

I try without other plugin and It work for the change name but not if I flood the chat.

Is that normal?

So it's blocking the name change spam now?

Chat spam can be handled by SourceMod directly.

Yes I thinks, at the first time (when i don't have installed nothings without SMAC), it say "you have been kicked for spam, at the second time, when I enable the plugin that was disable (in sourcemod plugin) before, It say "you have been kicked change your name"

How?
This happened because the sm_rename command moved a space to the start or end of your name. Players are kicked for that as well.
