Would be cool for it to just block IPs without the port as most servers are on 27015 and most people know this.

Also, a cvar to enter a censored text when people do try to enter an IP in chat would be awesome too!

sm_ads_chat_censoredmsg "[I just tried to spam my IP and failed]"

So "hey guys, come to my server at 127.0.0.1" would be "hey guys, come to my server at [I just tried to spam my IP and failed]"

Do you have to use a comma to seperate ip's in the whitelist? or is a blank space sufficient?

actually it just checks whether the ip is in the string, ill code a more complex detection in the next version

Same here, extension and plugin loads fine on CS:S, but advert blocking just doesn't work.

Just out of curiosity (hopefully it isn't blatantly obvious), why do you have say(_team) hooked twice (Once with RegConsoleCmd and the other with AddCommandListener)?
