no your maps.ini is correct the way it is.

before you try a reinstall, I would first copy your maps.ini paste it in your /cstrike/ folder, then rename it mapcycle.txt. Then completely restart the server. and try it agian... who know it may just work. If not then I guess you may have to reinstall.

and dont forget to raplace ; with //. Or remove all comments...
