No because this doesn't work the same way MINE you do it amx_forceshow <Name> <WEBSITE> and it shows them a WEBSITE.. Like GOOGLE.COM

Though your plugin does have the functionality of both amx_exec and amx_web in one, you can combine amx_exec with JGHG's plugin and get the same result:
