Some similiar plugin would be cool, but with some extra features. It should keep one reserved slot, so after new player joins and the server gets full it kicks the noobest player on the server. Then some check that the noob doesn't connect again until there's enough room for noobs.

It gets better players playing your server, who cares about noobs anyway? Not that this wouldn't always kick me as well, since I've no skills at all.

uhm, could you put one more command?, if the noob kills a pro for example?, that effect will lose... or maybe I wrong

example command:
amx_killfrags or amx_killfragsnoob... something
