Question: Is there a way to make people with an arbitrary flag immune to being unable to switch teams after a scramble?

Also, not exactly part of this plugin but similar, I was wondering if anyone knows a way to allow Admins/Donators the ability to always be able to join a particular team. i.e. if Red has 5 and Blu has 4, and Player A is on Blu but wants to join Red, how can I allow that but not allow it for everyone else?
