hi i have a problem with the amx_ban....
i do all the things i must do for banning... and it have worked...
but some guys just ceap coming on the server agein (even if i perm ban them)

what can i do to ceap them out of the server? :S
or what are they doing to ceap getting on the server???

Search for those words. I did it, it gets you an answer. But don't expect it to be spoon fed to you .

You need to replace "ceap" with "keep".
I am not sure what you mean. You mean keep, right?

What worked for me was that I simply just replaced the amxx ban files by downloading the new one from amxmodx.org. I had the same issue as you did...

hehe i found a plugin called advanced_ban works like a dream and i have full controll over who is getting banned and why

The best option is bann.amxx it doesn't ban people by their ip it does something els!!!!!!!
it works 100%
