De_Aztec_Cz thunder fix

On de_aztec, when a player is crossing the bridge or when a player is using stairs, a thunder sound is played.
For some reasons, on de_aztec_cz, those entities are present but dormant.
Well, this plugin re-enables that aztec feature.

Developer secret! I saw this when i decompiled the map trying to see what entry was used to make rain. Would you know what makes it?

Little, minor update, on that little plugin (was hooking entities spawn during precache).
