What this plugin does is count kills that Trains and Sawblades get, along with giving said items strange rankings, from Strange all the way up to Hale's Own! This plugin will not count how many kills an individual saw blade/train gets.
Aaaand... that's pretty much it. I might make a cvar so owners can choose whether or not to track kills per-map, so koth_sawmill saws will have a separate counter from ctf_sawmill saws. For now though, it's all grouped together.
Known Bugs:

If someone is finished off, it will not count towards the strange counter. So airblasting someone, for example will prevent the kill from counting.
