Well it slows down ppl when they are fully shielded, no slowdown when they are partially shielded.This manipulates gravity so other plugins making use of gravity better be carefull.

I like this better since shield is part of the game but this way they cant abuse it, like a tradeoff in protection vs. speed.

Very nice alternative to restricting shields!! I like to keep the weapons that are part of the game open for players to use, but not abuse!!

The "Get PLugin" works on this thread, why post the .amx also. "Get PLugin" creates .amx file for you.

Only some threads the online compiler dont work because they were posted during the back up server uptime and they switched from a 32bit server to a 64bit server.

I like this idea vs. restricting shield because people who like shield won't know what's going on and they will not like using it as much.
