- Turn self into Horsemann. Defaults to root (z) access.
<target> - Turn target into Horsemann. Must have override access to sm_behhh_others to use this.
- Set this override for access to sm_behhh on others (must have access to sm_behhh as well). Without access to this, a client with access to sm_behhh can only use @me or the command without any arguments. Defaults to root (z) access.

- Version cvar, don't touch.
(default 1) - 1: Horsemenn have thirdperson. 0: Horsemenn do not have thirdperson.
(default 750) - amount of health to ADD (as an integer) to the player's regular max health, when making them a Horsemann.
(default 1) - if 0, disables spawn, death, and stompy sounds. Does not disable BOO sounds at all.
- 2: Boo stuns, with sound; 1-Boo just has sound; 0-no Boo sounds, just players calling for Medic.
Makes you a Horsemann, spawn sound, death sound, footstomp sounds (woohoo), and BOO! (Call for Medic. The reason it's set to this is because you often do the BOO animation when calling for Medic.)

Then place the .smx file from below in sourcemod/plugins/.
